How long until the first agent is in production?
Up to two weeks. In the first days we start with the pain you brought, measure the hours and cost of the process, and you approve the flow design. Then we connect data, systems, tools and documents, and Orkindo generates the flow, the screens and the agent. By the end of the second week the agent is in production, with human review at sensitive points and data protection from day one. Then we operate, evolve and move on to the next process.
Do you use AI to build the agents?
Yes, and that is why it fits in up to two weeks. Orkindo generates the flow, the screens and the agent from the connected context. Everything the AI generates goes through evals with fixed cases and M2Soft's review before it ships, and every version is traced. A version that scores worse than the one in production does not ship.
Does my team need to know how to code?
No. M2Soft builds and maintains the agents. Your team only needs to take part in the diagnostic, validate the design and use the agents day to day. We train everyone who will interact with the solution, from partner to assistant.
Do the agents integrate with what we already use?
Yes. We work with WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, ERPs, BI tools, public databases and the main finance and management systems used in Brazil, including your clients' systems. Through Orkindo, the agents also query databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, BigQuery and Snowflake directly. If you use a niche system, we assess the integration during the diagnostic.
How does M2Soft handle LGPD and sensitive data?
Data protection is a prerequisite, not an option. We deploy with role-based permissions, encryption, audit logs, human review points in sensitive flows and, when needed, data residency in Brazil. We sign an NDA and a DPA before any access to your data.
Will I become dependent on M2Soft?
No more than you need to be. Your data stays in your systems: the agents read from and write to them, they do not replace them. The design of every process is documented with your team, and operation is billed monthly, not as a multi-year contract.
Why not use n8n, Make, Copilot Studio or Agentforce?
Automation tools need someone to connect the context and operate; generic copilots know neither your process nor your systems. The other paths open to a 20-person services firm each leave a gap: an in-house AI engineer is expensive, hard to find and idle after the first project; a no-code agency deploys on third-party tools with no governance and leaves; off-the-shelf SaaS does not fit your process; and enterprise integrators are priced for companies with hundreds of employees. How do you choose the right AI for each case?
We are not married to any vendor. Orkindo supports more than 100 AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, AWS Bedrock and local models. For each task we pick the best mix of quality, cost and compliance, and swap the model later without rewriting the process. As models get better, your delivery gets better, without you having to follow the market.
How does the investment work?
In three parts. An entry project with a single scope and a fixed price, sized by the firm's revenue, the problem solved and the ROI it generates. Then a monthly operation fee, between R$ 1k and R$ 12k per month depending on volume, covering monitoring, evolution and support.
